Could somebody help with my sound system?

Okay, so I’m new to the sound system world. My budget for speakers, amp, and a sub is about 0. I have 4 6.5inch speakers for my car. I don’t have a clue as to what to get. A few people have recommended infinity 6022i speakers to me (60 rms, 180 peak). Would these be good?

If you guys could also give me some suggestions to an amp, sub or speaker, that would be great. And if you could explain to me the whole ohm thing, and how to not kill my speakers, sub, or amp, that would also be awesome. Thanks guys, I look forward to your help. =)
