Does this sound like a good setup?

I have a 93 civic del sol and this is what I am getting for it.

2 Infinity Reference 1050W 10" 4-ohm Subwoofer
Infinity Reference 6022i 6-½" 2-way Speakers for the back
Infinity Reference 6022si 6-½" shallow Speakers for the doors
Kenwood KAC-8104D Mono Class D car amplifier
Pioneer DEH-P3000IB MP3/WMA/AAC CD Receiver

I was trying not to spend too much money and this totalled to about 520$ for just the products. I still have to get a box for the subs which will probably be a small sealed enclosure. I would like to know if it is a good price for the products and if the system should be expected to sound good and run without problems. Also I’m not quite sure if the deck is going to be enough power for the speakers. Any help is greatly appreciated.
