Good First Car?

I was wondering if a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee (Columbia Edition) is a good first car. It has about 60,000 miles, but looks brand new. There are some features such as a sunroof, an infinity sound system, special columbia sport interior and it is 4WD. Don’t worry about the price, my Dad already has it, but drives it very little. Thanks for the help!
