Hacking a Sony iPod ready Car stereo for iPod Touch control (In a Kia Spectra5)

I love my new Sony CDX-GT620IP but I hate the fact that all control is thought the Stereo and it doesn’t support Video. Solution, Hack it so it doesn’t take control! I’ve heard this also works on other brands of iPod ready Car Stereo’s as well.
