Is it possible to wire up my guitar amplifier to my Car's sound system?

I’ve got a nice spare guitar amp that I’d like to put to use in my new Chrysler Sebring 07. If anyone knows how to wire the amp up to my car’s sound system, please provide some info. Thx.
