Hey everyone, This is just a short video of the sound of my system in my car. I made this vid for a few reasons. Firstly I wanted to see what kind of recording quality I could achieve that will hopefully justify what my system roughly sounds like. Secondly, in doing so I wanted to try out my new Zoom H2 portable sound recorder. I’m still fiddling around with the best settings to record with it. In this recording I’m using my H2’s 4channel recording mode with a limiter on it. The limiter may not have been the best option but as I said I’m just experimenting with different recording modes and settings. It really seems to pick up the bass a little too well lol. I had to turn my sub volume down from +5 to -1 so that it sounds more balanced in the recording. My system: Front speakers – Hertz ESK130 components Front amp – MB Quart RAB250 Rear fill – Hertz DCX165 running off head deck Sub – JL Audio W3V3 12inch (2ohms) Sub amp – Alpine MRP-M350 All being controlled off a cheapy and basic Kenwood KDC-MP4039 head unit. Not sure how it will sound through Youtube but I hope it gives you an idea of how it sounds. Thanks for listening.
