Should I replace my front door speakers + rear dock or?

I drive honda accord 2002 sedan. Im 16 and like every teenager i wanna get some good looks on this car. I did couple stuff and now im stuck in sound system part. I found some nice speakers on www.crutchfield.com and i really like them. http://www.crutchfield.com/p_1086022SI/Infinity-Reference-6022si.html?o=p&c=3 My ? is:
Should I just replace the stock speakers on the front doors, which are 6 1/2" and also replace the rear deck ( which i havent found any speakers for it yet) which is also stock right now and is 6"x9" And also buy a nice stereo ( something like this: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Sony-Xplod-CDX-GT24W-Car-CD-Receiver/12016337)
2. Or should I get them big subs that i can put in the trunk?
Also what else i need with those speakers (if im buying them or if im getting the subs) like amplifiers and what kind or some other stuff cuz i really dont know alot about them
