Someone tell me EXACTLY what i need for my car sound system!?

I want two 6×9’s which would be about 350watts and i’d say a 12" sub about 1000watts, and a new frontloader… now i know i’ll need an amp based on the ohms of the speakers or whatever. but is it necessary to get a crossover put into my car also? and would that be a complete setup or are there other things to think about?
