Question by brian: What brand of car audio makes better 6×9 speakers JVC or Clarion?
I noticed there is a difference in price between the two companies, some clarions 6×9 cost 219.00 and some JVC 6×9 cost 119.00

Clarion is better as reflected in the price. I prefer Alpine Type R if your running an amp, Type S if no amp. You should go to a car audio store and hear different speakers as everyone hears different. Buying online could save $ when you find what you like.

I have a clarion radio that I love, but my subs are not clarion. But they do make a good product and I highly recommend them.

At first they arnt but you can do a simple procedure to fix it, first open up the nokia 2730 and you will see a battery, stick a bobby pin in the POSITIVE side of the battery (there should be a gap) then break off the pin so just a piece of it is in the positive side, put the cover back on the nokia 2730 then turn it on and charge it. when you are done that have sex with your cat and the nokia 2730 should be compatible with the clarion cz500

clarion head units are some of the clearest best sounding units but there speakers aren’t as good I would go with jl audio if you want quality and reliability in speakers and amps . Not sure about your speaker size but crutchfield has a speaker size thing on the website to figure it out. Jlaudio is way better than fosgate and clarion for the money best speakers and amps around.
