I love to rock out with the music blaring as much as the next, but I feel that when my windows are vibrating from the car next to me, I find it extremely annoying. I think there should be a limit.

I love bumping my music also, but I do turn it down when I stop at a light. I also get annoyed when someone else is bumping next to me, but doesnt turn it down. So I guess it is irritating.
