What kind of car audio system would be good for me?

I Know little to nothing about systems so please be specific.

I drive a 1999 jeep grand Cherokee.
I want new speakers, subs, head unit, amp, and what not.
I listen to a lot of rock with a little rap if that matters.
im looking to spend under a ,000.00
