What’s the Best car sound system set up for Hardcore and Hardstyle music?
Question by kenjitheninja: What’s the Best car sound system set up for Hardcore and Hardstyle music?
Hi everyone, I live in Australia and had a sound system in my previous car (Ford Territory) with Kicker Amps + Subwoofer, JL speakers and Alpine Digital Deck, but everytime I played Heavy Metal or Massive Kick + Bass hardcore songs and amps would just overheat and turn off, and the speakers would blow, muting the highs.
Now I changed car and I got a Toyota Supra with a stock sound system.
I don’t want to repeat my previous error, therefore I’m seeking Your help and assistance in order to help me out getting the best car audio set up for Hardcore Music.
I’m looking for a price range of max 4000-4500AUD (My previous system came to 2800 incl. installation).
iPod compatibility is a must for the deck.
Some examples of music I often listen to are:

Thank You in advance.

ok it was not the music you listen to that will make your amps turn off lack of power and wrong wattage match up with subwoofers , as long as you get some nice equipment , jl alpine or boston you’ll never have that problem if it’s wired correctly , and remember anything higher that 1000watts rms you need more power than stalk car battery , meaning power caps or second battery is a must have, now as far as what to listen to heavy music you going to wanna go with 10’s or 12’s tuned low like 33hrts , this will give you tight bass and what your looking for in your subwoofers . 15’s , 12’s or 10’s in the wrong box will have no restriction or rebound ig you will so lou get loud bass lot’s of spl but ot punchy bass so just buy right match rms watt’s as close as possible and tune low
